Master Chang has more than 50 years of teaching experience -- over 19 years in Orlando and Winter Park.

The deep breathing and gentle movement of Tai Chi and Qi Gong make these forms of exercise accessible for all ages. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Martial Arts, these exercises help to develop the flow of life force (Chi or Qi).

Practice is outdoors in Winter Park. Beginner classes start on the first Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday each month.
