We practice Tai Chi outdoors in Winter Park's Central Park. Some of us have been practicing there for over 20 years, studying with Master Chang. While he is in Los Angeles, we continue to practice together and work with him long distance.

Our practice includes:

  • Qi Gong
  • Tai Chi
  • Tai Chi Sword
  • Push Hands

The deep breathing and gentle movement of Tai Chi and Qi Gong make these forms of exercise accessible for all ages. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Martial Arts, these exercises help to develop the flow of life force (Chi or Qi).

We meet Saturday at 7:30 am by the rose garden and Wednesday at 6:00 pm by the bandstand. Classes last about 2 hours.
